Mission

He She Ze and We supports transgender and nonbinary people by empowering their families, allies, and communities to create life-saving, inclusive environments.

Education, Support, Advocacy, and Community Engagement


Services

1. Education and support for parents/families of trans and nonbinary youth and adults

2. Family Connections: social program for youth and their family members

3. Professional Development Program: Ally & Community Education (fee based service for schools, businesses, community groups, agencies, medical and mental health providers)

4. Community Care and Resource navigation through personal virtual calls

5. Trans Adult Social Club--starting in RVA and eventually expanding to other areas of VA

6. HSZ&W's Trans Wellness Fund--offering micro grants to help Virginian's access gender affirming medical care (or folks in banned states seeking GAC in VA)
