Mission

Our mission is to create a thriving network of LGBTQ+ organizations dedicated to fostering community, generating awareness, and offering valuable resources and support for advocates. The Collective enhances the capability of LGBTQ+ programs, ensuring the focus remains on meeting the mission.

Services

We offer a wide variety of educational and training services; community events and festivals; support and peer-to-peer support meetings; arts programs with a focus on visibility, community outreach, awareness, and public displays; youth programming to engage youth in social events with peers and volunteering for community improvement efforts; fostering leadership among nonprofits; and supporting nonprofit organizations with administrative, financial, and digital services.
